in this weeks lesson i have learned that on sabbath day  we should not only relax ourselves but also help others in their phsical life such as giving clothes, money to the poor but also try to visit those admitted in hospitals and whio area prisoned. if we do that we can then help them spiritually and lead them to keep sabbath and prepare themselves for the second comming of Jesus

In this week's lesson I have learn't that God's love seeks to bring healing,health and restoration to His people.Further, the purpose of  divine discipline is to correct,amend and reconcile and not to destroy and avenge.Happy sabath

the SS lesson for this week is very good, God teaches me through this lesson that His loves to us is really deep. He is begging to us to repent and He's ready to forgive us, even will forget our sins. and as a christian we also have to forgive and forget the bad things people did to us. maybe if just forgive we can do, but to forget it, is really hard. I really struggle with this, i ask God to help me. Praise God,
